On November 18 ONUKA presents a new album "MOZAIKA" in Poltava. A concert will be held in the Concert Hall "Leaf fall". The band's admirers know that each performance of the musicians is the artful design of folklore and electronic motives given in the form of a colourful performance. But in November Poltava people will see something even more incredeable.

The second year in a row Poltava City Hall of Culture was hosted an evening of choreography "Vizerunki of folk dances". And again the hall was crowded with people, gathered together those who are in love with national folk dances. The concert program included the most expressive performances of many city dance troupes.

Throughout Ukraine for the fifth year in a row people celebrate Day of street music. This year our city is also in the list. 19-th, May from 12:00 to 22:00 Poltava residents and guests will be able to enjoy the sounds of new and remakes of old tunes, walking along the central streets.

It became a tradition to organize annual presentations of works made by pupils and teachers of Poltava children's art school, which are held in Poltava Art Museum named after Nikolai Yaroshenko.

Thousands of Poltava people, who were dressed in “Vyshyvankas” (National Ukrainian embroidered shirts) walked through the main central streets – starting from White rotunda to Teatralna square.

On the 14, August right before “ Archeologist Day”, Poltava local law museum represented to Poltava citizens and its guests the exhibition of “Bilske ancient settlement in Ukrainian Archeologists’ research”.

On 23, June 2017 in Poltava Art Gallery named M. Yaroshenko there was conducted a charity ball “BALance”. The aim of this ball was to collect money for making a kids playing complex for disabled children.
