Exhibition of historical and modern political cartoons in the Embassy of the United States

Maybe it can be strange but the exhibition of cartoons devoted to the politicians of all ages is conducted in the Embassy of the United States.

It became fashionable to depict politicians in the cartoon manner from the drawing of Benjamin Franklin’s face who, like everybody knows, became one of the USA founders. Starting from 19-th, century cartoons devoted to politicians became rather popular and the painters of that period depicted political leaders. Nowadays many of American presidents are famous all around the world thanks to cartoon pictures.
