Booking the apartment
You may reserve any apartment represented on our site. After receiving your booking request we will contact you and discuss all necessary details.

Making payment and prepayment.
If you want to book an apartment in Poltava you have to make the prepayment. Usually you need to pay for the first twenty-four hours for the chosen apartment. The prepayment is included in the total amount and deducted from the final calculation when you leave. At the day of your arrival you need to pay cash for all booked period, excluding the prepayment. In case you leave earlier than the scheduled date, we don’t return paid amount. If you want to pay not cash but another way (credit card, money transfer system) for all period of your staying, please, do it in advance, before moving to the apartment.

Payment (prepayment) types
1) Credit card (VISA or MasterCard) on-line payment
This payment service is provided by Wayforpay.com which is one of the leading national providers for electronic payment transactions, that supports VISA 3-D Secure and MasterCard SecureCode protection technology. Online, offline and mobile: Wayforpay is the leading specialist for payment processing and issuing. The essential elements of pay cards are entered on a Wayforpay.com website in the secured mode and are inaccessible to our employees.

2) Bank transfer (USD and Ukrainian national currency)
You will get an invoice by email with all necessary information to make payment successfully.

3) Money transfer system

Security policy
All your personal confidential information is protected. Our security policy means that all personal data, received from the site, are stored in the strictest privacy and used only for communication with the Client. We do not provide your personal information to the third party. Processing of the client's personal confidential data (your credit card details, registration data, etc.) is conducted by information facilities of processing centre (not at our site). Therefore, we have no access to the client's personal and bank data.

Сancellation policy
We operate limited amount of apartments and make our schedule in advance (usually in 3-4 weeks). Every booking cancellations made in short notice (less than 21 days before start of booking) is very painful for us because it usually means that, most likely, we will be unable to fill apartment during that dates. After confirmation of the apartment reservation, in case you cancell the booking, the prepayment is not returned.

Check-in and check-out time
Our check-in time is 14.00, check-out time is 12.00. If we have possibility we always permit free early check-ins and late check-outs. We know about possibility of this in 24 hours till arrival or departure date. If a customer would like to secure early check-in or late check-out in advance it is necessary to pay for one additional night of stay. While checking-in, our manager asks you to produce your passport or any other document that identify your personality. While checking-out, our manager takes the keys and checks all the apartment.
We discuss all the details concerning check-in and check-out with You individually in order to give You the most qualitative service.

Guarantees
We are a reliable company and always know that our reputation is the most important for us! That is why we offer only real apartments on our site. Also, we guarantee that all apartments’ pictures correspond to real apartments’ state. Please, be very specific, because many companies for its advertising place the pictures of completely different apartments. It is guaranteed that any of our apartments will get its leaseholder in full compliance with booking procedure, including partial prepayment.
